An intensive Erasmus+ international training course is taking place in Casa Negrea, Ighiu, Alba, Romania 🇷🇴, bringing together youth workers who want to address discrimination, stereotypes and social exclusion through creative non-formal education methods.

“No Borders, Just Stories!” gathers 25 participants for a highly participatory and experiential learning journey focused on inclusion, equality and intercultural dialogue.

🎓 About the Training

This course offers practical tools to integrate creative and participatory methods into youth work, using:

🎭 Theatre of the Oppressed
📖 Storytelling
🤝 Experiential non-formal learning

Participants will explore how these methods can foster empathy, critical thinking and meaningful dialogue in diverse and intercultural groups.

🛠 During the Training You Will

🎯 Develop practical facilitation skills for working with diversity
🎭 Learn theatre-based and storytelling techniques for youth activities
🗣 Strengthen empathetic communication and active listening
🤝 Enhance cooperation and group dynamics competences
🎬 Co-create intercultural performances based on real-life social issues

The methodology includes hands-on workshops, simulations, group work and daily reflection sessions. Youthpass will support competence recognition.
