A vibrant ESC volunteering experience awaits you in Madrid, Spain ๐ช๐ธ, where a dynamic organisation runs cultural programmes, summer camps, youth activities, sports routes, and community services. Between March 2026 and August 2026, a total of 10 volunteers will participate โ each supporting the project for 1 month. If you enjoy teamwork, outdoor activities, creativity, and community engagement, this experience offers meaningful impact and personal growth.
Volunteers will support cultural events, youth programmes, social activities, hiking initiatives, and organisational tasks. With 30 working hours per week (MondayโFriday, 09:00โ15:00) and occasional afternoon or weekend activities, you will gain hands-on experience in youth work and community development. Accommodation is provided in a fully equipped volunteer house, and you will receive 520 EUR/month (food + pocket money), travel reimbursement, a Spanish language course, health insurance, and ongoing support from a coordinator and mentor.

This opportunity is ideal for young people eager to contribute, learn, and explore Spanish culture while living in a rural environment. You will assist with daily organisational duties, support summer camps and social programmes, participate in sports activities, and become actively involved with the local community.
