Aim: Equip 25 youth workers with trauma-informed practices & resilience tools to support conflict transformation locally.
You Will:
- 🕊️ Find Common Ground: Understand conflict-transformation youth work
- 🛡️ Trauma-Informed Practice: Explore boundaries & support methods
- 💡 Self-Reflection: Deepen self-awareness & purpose
- 🌱 Resilience Skills: Learn somatic & emotional self-regulation
- 🤝 Peer Learning: Share tools for youth resilience (emotional literacy, nature connection, healing)
- 👥 Empathy Groups: Build a support system among participants
- 🚀 Follow-Ups: Plan 5 local multiplier projects
