INFOXICATION is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange inviting young people from 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇪🇸 Spain, 🇷🇴 Romania, 🇫🇷 France and 🇵🇹 Portugal to the beautiful Andalusian town of Estepa (Seville) for a powerful journey into media literacy, digital awareness, critical thinking and responsible content creation.

Taking place from 3–11 February 2026 (travel days included), the project tackles the modern challenge of digital noise— the overwhelming flow of information that shapes how we think, feel and act every day.
This exchange invites young people to slow down, disconnect, reflect and explore how information can be created and shared in more conscious, meaningful ways. 💡✨

🇪🇸 What This Project Is About

INFOXICATION was built as a response to overload – a space to question, analyse, create and reconnect.
Throughout 8 days in rural Andalusia, participants will:

🔎 Understand how media influences our beliefs
🧠 Learn to detect manipulation, propaganda & fake news
✍️ Create meaningful and responsible online content
🎭 Join role plays, creative workshops & hands-on challenges
🌍 Explore digital identity & communication patterns
🤝 Build real human connections beyond the screen

This Youth Exchange uses non-formal education to help young people become mindful creators, not passive consumers.

👥 Participant Profile

Eligible young people must:
🇮🇹 🇪🇸 🇷🇴 🇫🇷 🇵🇹
✔️ Be 19–27 years old
✔️ Be motivated to explore media literacy & digital skills
✔️ Enjoy intercultural exchange & hands-on activities
✔️ Have an interest in critical thinking
✔️ Basic English helps (not mandatory)
✔️ Preferably facing inclusion challenges (details in link)

👤 Group Leaders

✔️ 22–40 years old
✔️ Experience in youth exchanges
✔️ Good English
✔️ Will coordinate and support their national group

🌿 Digital Detox – A Key Part of the Journey

For three days, participants will step away from digital devices to rediscover creativity, presence, communication and teamwork in real-life interactions — fully guided by experienced facilitators.
It’s safe, supported, and transformative.

🏡 Venue & Atmosphere

Participants will stay in a remote countryside area surrounded by Andalusia’s iconic olive fields.
Slow rhythm, nature, simplicity, outdoor activities — a perfect setting to disconnect and truly connect. 🌿🇪🇸

✈️ Travel Reimbursement

Travel is reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules:

🇪🇸 Spain: 28 € / 56 € (Green Travel)
🇵🇹 Portugal: 181 € / 255 €
🇫🇷 France: 279 €
🇮🇹 Italy: 279 €
🇷🇴 Romania: 365 €

🚌 Pickup from Estepa Bus Station or Puente Genil–Herrera (30€ deducted from budget)
