🎯 Objectives

🧠 Strengthen capacity to ensure wellbeing and safety in youth exchanges
🛠️ Equip organisers and group leaders with tools for mental health support and crisis management
💬 Develop assertive and empathetic communication skills in intercultural groups
🌱 Promote sustainable youth work through reflection, self-care, and professional resilience

📚 Programme Overview

Day 1: Foundations of wellbeing and safety; group building and context setting
Day 2: Crisis management, assertive communication, practical simulations
Day 3: Quality integration, reflection, and future planning in KA1 projects

The programme combines theoretical input, simulations, peer learning, and structured reflection, with a focus on safe and inclusive spaces in mobility activities.
