Join École Agile in the sunny town of Perpignan, France — a democratic alternative school offering children aged 6 to 19 a space to grow at their own pace! 🌱✨

As a volunteer, you’ll be part of a caring, inclusive and open-minded educational environment, supporting students with learning, creativity, and real-life skills — all in a horizontal, democratic community. 🗳️🎒

🧩 Volunteer Activities

🌍 Organize creative workshops (sports, IT, art, languages, etc.)
🧑‍🏫 Support students in their self-directed learning
🫶 Participate in mediation and conflict resolution
🌿 Work in the permaculture garden
🚌 Plan field trips and collective activities
📖 Take part in democratic school meetings

You’ll also have time and mentorship to develop your own personal project!

🏡 Shared flat in Perpignan with 3 other flatmates
🍽️ Daily food allowance (€9/day)
💸 Pocket money (€8/day) via bank transfer

📆 32 hours/week, school closed on Wednesdays & holidays
