A kindergarten full of energy, an anti-bullying culture, an eco-school mindset, and around 90 children aged 1.5 to 7 waiting to meet you. This ESC placement in Estonia is for someone who genuinely loves working with young children and wants to be part of a warm, values-driven team.
Tallinna Kullerkupu Lasteaed is a kindergarten in Estonia with four groups of 20 to 24 children each. Innovation, environmental awareness, and a strong sense of community are at the heart of everything they do. The kindergarten has joined both the Free of Bullying and Eco School projects โ meaning the values you will be working within go well beyond standard early years education.
What Is This Role About?
The mission of Kullerkupu is simple but powerful: every child should feel welcome, safe, and positive throughout their day. As an ESC volunteer, you will be part of that mission โ joining daily learning activities, music, sports, and outdoor events while contributing your own energy, creativity, and ideas to the life of the kindergarten.
