Osada.Earth is a community exploring regenerative living and cooperation with nature in rural Poland. Volunteers become part of daily community life โ working on the land, building with natural materials, and experiencing a different pace of existence close to the soil and the forest.
๐ What You’ll Do
๐ฑ Take part in gardening, caring for plants and soil, and regenerating land
๐ง Contribute to small water retention projects
๐๏ธ Help build a wooden hut from scratch using natural building methods
๐งฑ Contribute to the construction of the community house using natural building techniques
๐ช Support events and workshops taking place at the site
๐ณ Help in the kitchen and take care of the guest area
๐งน Share everyday community tasks โ cooking, cleaning, and caring for common spaces
๐๏ธ Accommodation and Food
๐๏ธ Shared glamping tents equipped with mattresses โ and later, the wooden hut once built
๐ฟ Ecological dry outdoor toilets with hot outdoor showers shared with residents
๐ฅ Three vegan/vegetarian meals per day โ nutritious and local
๐ฟ Access to the pantry and garden crops
๐ Bus service to the nearest town (Czaplinek). Community car available with residents’ consent
โ ๏ธ The farm is located far from towns and close to the forest โ this is a genuinely simple, nature-based lifestyle
๐ค Who Should Apply
Osada.Earth is looking for volunteers who are:
๐ Interested in community life on the land and regenerative living
๐ Curious about life and concerned about the state of the world
๐ง Pragmatic and hands-on โ willing to use hand tools and learn by doing
๐ฑ Open to simple living conditions and the rhythm of nature
โ No experience required โ willingness and enthusiasm are what matter
