Voices of the Earth is an international Erasmus+ Training Course designed for youth workers who want to explore innovative, embodied, and nature-based methods in youth work
This project introduces the 3C Skills model built on Clay, Communication, and Community, offering practical tools to strengthen dialogue, emotional awareness, and group cohesion
Participants will not only learn but directly experience how simple and low-cost tools can transform group dynamics and communication processes

๐งฉ Activities & Methodology
Voices of the Earth is based on the 3C Skills model
โจ Clay
Participants will use air-dry clay as a tool for reflection, emotional literacy, and group bonding, allowing expression beyond words and creating safer communication spaces
โจ Communication
The training focuses on active listening, non-violent communication, feedback techniques, and conflict de-escalation methods applicable in youth work
โจ Community
Participants will explore consent-based decision-making, restorative circles, and inclusive processes to strengthen group cohesion and participation
Each participant commits to organizing at least one local session in their community within 90 days after the training

โจ Build international cooperation between youth workers
โจ Encourage practical implementation after the project
๐ Accommodation & Food
Participants will stay in shared tents in a sustainable camping environment at Catfarm
Tents, camping beds, and blankets will be provided, and participants are recommended to bring a sleeping bag
Food will be vegan and based on local seasonal products
Three meals and two tea breaks will be provided daily
๐ฐ Financial Conditions
Participation is free under Erasmus+ funding
Accommodation and food are fully covered
Travel costs will be reimbursed within Erasmus+ limits

Travel expenses will be covered according to Erasmus+ distance band rules specified in the infopack
Participants are encouraged to use green travel options
๐ Certification
All participants will receive a Youthpass certificate recognizing the competencies developed during the training
๐ฅ Participant Profile
Participants must be youth workers aged 18+ including staff or volunteers
No prior experience with clay is required
Participants should have at least B1 level English
Strong motivation to apply the methods locally is expected
