This ESC project is perfect for volunteers who enjoy content creation, social media, graphic design, education, and intercultural engagement. ✨🖥️🎨

As a volunteer, you will:
📣 Manage communication for CEMÉA’s national & international projects (Facebook, Instagram, website)
🎨 Create visual materials, teaching resources & digital assets using Canva
📝 Support communication for events, workshops & educational activities
🌍 Contribute to intercultural, artistic and ecological education initiatives (Erasmus KA2, FIFE, OFAJ)
👥 Participate in educational actions in schools, colleges and high schools
💡 Work across three main areas: Content Creation, Social Media Management, Promotional Activities

You will gradually take on responsibilities, supported by a professional team committed to your learning and development. You’ll also be exposed to impactful initiatives related to arts education, ecological transition, and intercultural dialogue. 🌿🎭🌍

Accommodation, Food & Transport

🏠 Volunteers are hosted in Lille (shared flat or youth residence)
🌐 Free internet access provided
🚆 Free public transport available
💳 A local bank account will be opened for the volunteer
🍽️ Monthly food allowance + pocket money is provided

Training During the Activity

🎓 First Aid Training (PSC1)
💬 Introduction to language & intercultural animation
🌍 Training for mobility workshops
🤝 Socio-cultural animation training based on the volunteer’s interests
These trainings help volunteers refine their professional goals while strengthening practical communication, teamwork and intercultural skills.

Participant Profile

We are looking for a volunteer who:
✨ Enjoys selecting, designing and organising visual & written content
📱 Has interest or experience in social media management
✍️ Possesses strong writing and communication skills
🤝 Is open, welcoming, and enjoys teamwork
💻 Has basic proficiency with Canva or similar tools
🌟 Is motivated, dynamic, creative and eager to learn
💬 Good English is required; French/Spanish/other languages are an asset
