This unique volunteering opportunity welcomes motivated young people who want to develop practical skills, support inclusive activities, and help manage one of the largest scout centres in Europe. Youโll work with international teams, contribute to community events, and grow through outdoor learning and team spirit. ๐
๐ฅ What Youโll Do:
- ๐ฒ Assist in running theย scout centreโs daily operationsย (maintenance, logistics, outdoor support)
- ๐ด Help in theย canteen kitchenย and team-building activities
- ๐๏ธ Joinย scout eventsย and summer camps as staff
- ๐ Support projects focusing onย inclusion, diversity, and green policies
- ๐ก Lead or join aย personal projectย based on your skills and interests

๐ก Living & Support Conditions:
- Shared apartment for 6 volunteers (private room + shared kitchen, laundry, and living space).
- Allย food, accommodation, and utilities fully covered.
- ๐ Two shared cars available for work and leisure; buses available but limited due to the countryside location.
- The centre coversย all basic living expenses, so you can focus on learning and community life!
๐ Training & Learning Opportunities:
- ๐ช Personal training in all daily centre activities
- ๐งญ โVolunteer Upstart Sessionsโ in the first month + mid-term sessions
- ๐ Participation inย On-Arrival and Mid-Term ESC Trainingsย by the National Agency
- ๐ถ Access to free-time activities like canoeing, kayaking, and outdoor adventures
