A high-impact European Solidarity Corps volunteering opportunity in Georgia is open for young people from Italywho are motivated to work on media literacy, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, and digital tools, while contributing to educational and cultural initiatives in an international institutional environment.

Project Overview
The volunteering activity takes place in Tbilisi, within an institutional and educational setting focused on culture, communication, and civic awareness. Volunteers will contribute to daily office work as well as outreach and educational activities.

💻 Creation and dissemination of digital content
📚 Support for MediaWiki / Wikipedia projects
🎤 Organisation of workshops with local associations

Volunteers may focus more on specific tasks depending on their interests and skills.

What Is Covered
🍽️ Food allowance: 320 GEL / month (if meals are not directly provided)
🚌 Local transport reimbursement: 40 GEL / month (two daily public transport rides, Monday–Friday)
💶 Pocket money: 180 € / month
✈️ Travel costs covered according to ESC distance rules
🩺 European Solidarity Corps insurance coverage

Training and Support
📘 Online pre-departure meeting with the sending organisation
📘 Trainings organised by National Agencies or SALTO Resource Centres (depending on duration)
🤝 Ongoing mentoring and institutional support throughout the activity

The activity takes place in Tbilisi, in the Vake–Saburtalo district, one of the most dynamic and central areas of the Georgian capital.
