Project Overview
Volunteers will join the team of an international scout centre and actively contribute to environmental education, outdoor programmes, and youth participation initiatives in the Kvemo Kartli region.
🌱 Promoting environmental awareness and sustainability among young people
🏕️ Supporting outdoor activities such as hikes, camps, and educational programmes
🎨 Leading language clubs, creative workshops, and youth activities
📣 Managing and creating content for social media platforms
🛠️ Supporting daily operations: programme management, basic maintenance & guest services
🏫 Promoting European Solidarity Corps values and opportunities in local schools
🤝 Working closely with local youth, especially those with fewer opportunities

Who Can Apply
👤 Aged 18–30
🇱🇻 Resident in Latvia
🗣️ English level B1 or higher
🌲 Interest or experience in outdoor and scouting-related activities (hiking, camping, climbing, etc.)
🩹 First aid certificate is a plus
📱 Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
🎬 Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar is an advantage
🤝 Active, curious, team-oriented, and motivated to engage with local communities

Location
The activity takes place in Rustavi, a city close to Tbilisi, surrounded by natural landscapes and ideal for outdoor and environmental projects.
