The activity takes place in Massaciuccoli, Tuscany, within a protected natural oasis surrounded by lakes, reeds, and rich wildlife.

Project Overview
Volunteers will join daily life in a protected nature reserve, combining conservation work, education, and community living in a rural and isolated environment.

👤 Aged 18–30
🌿 Strong motivation to work closely with nature and birds
🎓 Background or interest in biology, ecology, biodiversity, veterinary studies is a strong plus
💪 Ready for physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
🏡 Comfortable living in a rural and isolated area
🤝 Sociable, community-oriented, and ready to live together 24/7
🍽️ Willing to cook, clean, and share responsibilities
🥕 Open to a mainly vegetarian lifestyle
🥾 Enjoys long-distance trekking and outdoor life
🗣️ Intermediate English and motivation to learn Italian

Location
The activity takes place in Massaciuccoli, a small rural area between Lucca, Pisa, and Viareggio, surrounded by lakes and protected wetlands.
