π Internship Overview
β’ Location: Beirut, Lebanon π±π§
β’ Duration: 3 months
β’ Reporting to: Climate Change Regional Coordinator
β’ Type: Full-time (UNPAID)
This internship supports regional climate change initiatives, data analysis, policy mapping, and communication.
π§ Your Responsibilities
As Programme Management Intern, you will support:
π Research & Analysis
β’ Gather information from diverse sources on regional climate activities
β’ Assist in analyzing environmental and climate policy trends
ποΈ Data & Information Management
β’ Capture, manage, and analyze climate-related data
β’ Contribute to mapping political contexts in West Asia
π Climate Profiles & Policy Monitoring
β’ Support preparation of country climate profiles
β’ Provide updates on regional developments
π Communication & Reporting
β’ Draft press releases, news stories, and written content
β’ Assist with project-related documentation
πΌ Other Assigned Tasks
β’ Support the Climate Change Regional Coordinator across project activities
π Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet one of the following:
β Enrolled in a graduate school program
β Enrolled in final year of a Bachelorβs program
β Recently graduated (Bachelor/Master/PhD)
Relevant Study Fields:
β’ Environmental Science
β’ Environmental Law
β’ Public or Business Administration
β’ Social Sciences
β’ Climate Policy or related fields
Required Skills:
β’ Strong English & Arabic (both required)
β’ Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams
β’ Strong analytical and writing skills
β’ Interest in climate change and regional environmental policy
