📝 Internship Overview

• Location: Beirut, Lebanon 🇱🇧

• Reporting to: Climate Change Regional Coordinator

This internship supports regional climate change initiatives, data analysis, policy mapping, and communication.

🔧 Your Responsibilities

As Programme Management Intern, you will support:

📚 Research & Analysis
• Gather information from diverse sources on regional climate activities
• Assist in analyzing environmental and climate policy trends

🗂️ Data & Information Management
• Capture, manage, and analyze climate-related data
• Contribute to mapping political contexts in West Asia

🌎 Climate Profiles & Policy Monitoring
• Support preparation of country climate profiles
• Provide updates on regional developments

📝 Communication & Reporting
• Draft press releases, news stories, and written content
• Assist with project-related documentation

💼 Other Assigned Tasks
• Support the Climate Change Regional Coordinator across project activities

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet one of the following:

✔ Enrolled in a graduate school program
✔ Enrolled in final year of a Bachelor’s program
✔ Recently graduated (Bachelor/Master/PhD)

Relevant Study Fields:

• Environmental Science
• Environmental Law
• Public or Business Administration
• Social Sciences
• Climate Policy or related fields

Required Skills:

• Strong English & Arabic (both required)
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Interest in climate change and regional environmental policy
