During this internship, the selected candidate will support the Finance Department and gain exposure to:

• ERP systems (SAP)
• Donor financial reporting

🧠 Your Responsibilities

The Finance Intern will assist with:

📁 Collecting, verifying, and organizing documents for due diligence
📋 Updating checklists, partner evaluations, and internal trackers
📂 Maintaining partnership databases and documentation
🔎 Supporting audits and financial spot checks
📊 Preparing financial reports
🧾 Providing administrative support to the Donor Financial Reporting Team
⚙️ Contributing to ongoing process improvements

🎓 Eligibility Requirements

You must be:

✔️ An undergraduate or recent graduate in:
• Finance
• Accounting
• Business Administration
• Commerce

✔️ OR registered / part-qualified in:
• CA Sri Lanka
• CIMA
• AAT Sri Lanka

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication
• Strong Excel and Word skills
• Ability to maintain accurate databases
• Experience with accounting software (SAP is an advantage)
