โข Location: Fukuoka, Japan ๐ฏ๐ต
โข Mode: In-person
โข Duration: 6 months
โข Type: Full-time (UNPAID)
Interns work closely with Substantive Officers and contribute to programmes at both regional and country levels.
๐ง Your Responsibilities
You may be assigned tasks in one or more of these areas:
๐ Programme & Project Support
โข Assist in planning, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating regional projects
โข Support collaboration across country teams
โข Help with administrative and budgeting tasks
๐ Research & Knowledge Management
โข Contribute to studies, publications and background documents
โข Assist with information management and content organization
๐ Communications
โข Draft web stories and update digital content
โข Support the preparation of meetings, workshops, and stakeholder events
๐ค Resource Mobilization
โข Track funding calls
โข Assist in preparing concept papers and project documents
๐ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
โ Enrolled in a Masterโs program
โ Enrolled in final year of a Bachelorโs program
โ Recently graduated (Bachelor/Master/PhD)
