✨ Project Overview

Become part of Avrupa Gençlik Eğitim ve Spor Derneği (AGESDER) in Niğde, Türkiye, and help bring a European dimension to local youth work! 💪
This short-term ESC project aims to empower young people, promote inclusion, and fight discrimination through creative community activities.

Volunteers will contribute to language learning, cultural exchange, digital communication, and social responsibility actions — supporting equal participation for women, youth, and people with disabilities in society.

💡 What You’ll Do

• 💬 Organise an English Speaking Club (and possibly in your native language)
• 📱 Create social media content for AGESDER’s language-learning accounts
• 🎨 Develop your own activities (arts, culture, sustainability, book/movie clubs)
• 🤝 Join social responsibility projects and community actions
• 🧠 Share ideas to enhance youth participation and inclusion

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport

• Accommodation, meals, and local transport are fully covered by the project
• Volunteers stay in an apartment 15 minutes by bus from the office
• The workspace includes kitchen, bathroom, and safe working conditions
• Good healthcare services available in Niğde
• Strong communication maintained with the sending organisation for support

🎓 Training & Support

• Pre-departure training by the supporting organisation
• On-arrival training by AGESDER
• Online preparation before departure & orientation after arrival
• A written agreement ensures clear roles, rights, and responsibilities

👤 Who Can Apply

AGESDER welcomes motivated volunteers (aged 18–30) who are:

• Creative, responsible, and proactive
• Eager to develop and lead new activities
• Interested in working in international teams
