Join “Spark & Play”, an inspiring ESC volunteering project where fun meets purpose! As a volunteer animator, you’ll design and lead interactive games, workshops, and cultural events that connect people of all ages in the town of Lębork.

Whether you’re crafting an art session for children, running outdoor games for youth, or helping plan community events, this project is all about bringing people together through creativity, laughter, and learning. 🎭

It’s your chance to grow as a leader, practice teamwork, and discover Poland’s rich culture — all while inspiring others to play, learn, and connect!

🎯 Main Activities

🎲 Organize games, workshops, and group activities for children and youth
🎨 Create fun, interactive learning sessions that promote teamwork and inclusion
🎉 Help plan and run community events and intercultural activities
📸 Capture your work through photos, videos, or social media posts
💬 Support cultural exchange and local initiatives through creativity and communication

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Support

🏠 Accommodation provided in Lębork (shared flat with volunteers)
🍽️ Monthly allowance for food and pocket money according to ESC standards
💶 Full travel reimbursement per ESC distance rules
🩺 Health insurance provided through Henner
🚍 Local transportation covered for project-related activities
