Want to make a real difference in young people’s lives while living in one of Europe’s most dynamic cities? 🌆

Join QR52 Youth Center in Milan — a vibrant after-school hub where teenagers aged 13–18 gather to learn, grow, and express themselves in a safe, inclusive environment.

As a volunteer, you’ll become part of a caring team helping local youth discover their strengths, build friendships, and develop confidence through education, art, music, sports, and community projects. 💪

This ESC project is all about empowerment, creativity, and intercultural learning — and you’ll help design and lead engaging activities that truly inspire!

🎯 Main Activities

🎨 Support workshops on citizenship, art, and music
📚 Assist with homework and study support
⚽ Help educators organize sports and recreational activities
💬 Promote European mobility opportunities and your ESC experience
🚸 Participate in community projects, trips, and summer camps
💡 Propose and develop new creative ideas for youth engagement

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Support

🏠 Shared flat in Milan (double rooms by gender)
🍽️ Monthly food allowance of €160
💶 Pocket money: €6/day
🚇 Public transport pass provided for daily commuting
✈️ Travel reimbursement per ESC rules
🩺 Health insurance provided through ESC

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for motivated volunteers aged 18–30 who are:
✅ Passionate about education, inclusion, and youth empowerment
✅ Interested in sports, arts, or social activities
✅ Patient, creative, responsible, and proactive
✅ Open to teamwork and cultural learning
✅ Ready to learn Italian and connect with local youth

Previous experience in youth work is a plus, but not required — just bring your motivation and heart! 💙
