Ready to empower young people by addressing mental health challenges through non-formal education? 🚀🌟 The Bridging to Brighter Days: Non-formal Education and Mental Health in Youth Erasmus+ Training Course, hosted by the Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation (RAA), invites 12 youth workers from Erasmus+ Programme countries to Bucharest, Romania, from 20–28 July 2025! 📚 Gain tools to tackle anxiety, depression, and social isolation in youth, and create impactful community strategies! 🤝🌈

📝 What Will You Do?

• 🎯 Explore youth mental health issues like anxiety, depression, & social isolation 📖
• 💡 Learn non-formal education methods to build resilience & coping skills 🛠️
• 🗳️ Design & test mental health-focused activities in interactive workshops 📋
• 🌍 Build peer support networks & strategies to reduce stigma 🤝
• 🤗 Develop dissemination plans for local community impact 🌐
• 📜 Earn a Youthpass certificate to showcase your learning 🚀
