Ready to empower young people by addressing mental health challenges through non-formal education? ๐๐ The Bridging to Brighter Days: Non-formal Education and Mental Health in Youth Erasmus+ Training Course, hosted by the Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation (RAA), invites 12 youth workers from Erasmus+ Programme countries to Bucharest, Romania, from 20โ28 July 2025! ๐ Gain tools to tackle anxiety, depression, and social isolation in youth, and create impactful community strategies! ๐ค๐
๐ What Will You Do?
- ๐ฏ Explore youth mental health issues like anxiety, depression, & social isolation ๐
- ๐ก Learn non-formal education methods to build resilience & coping skills ๐ ๏ธ
- ๐ณ๏ธ Design & test mental health-focused activities in interactive workshops ๐
- ๐ Build peer support networks & strategies to reduce stigma ๐ค
- ๐ค Develop dissemination plans for local community impact ๐
- ๐ Earn a Youthpass certificate to showcase your learning ๐
