🌟 About the Project

Join AGESDER Volunteers 2025, a short-term ESC project in Niğde, Türkiye, that combines youth empowerment, creativity, and inclusion! 🇹🇷

The aim is to add a European dimension to local youth work and to create meaningful learning experiences through intercultural exchange and community service. Volunteers will take part in activities that promote equality, inclusion, and civic participation — especially for women, young people, and individuals with fewer opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with a dynamic youth organization that provides training, workshops, and volunteering opportunities for local and international participants. Together, you’ll strengthen community bonds, develop new ideas, and create positive social impact. 💪

🎯 Your Main Tasks

• 💬 Organize English-speaking clubs (and optionally in your own language!)
• 🎨 Create social media content for AGESDER’s educational platforms
• 💡 Design and lead creative workshops on culture, sustainability, or arts
• 📚 Develop social responsibility activities and local youth initiatives
• 🎥 Assist in producing content for Instagram and online learning channels
• 🌍 Engage in community projects promoting equality and participation

Volunteers are also encouraged to design and run their own micro-projects based on their interests and talents!

• 🧭 Support in dealing with intercultural challenges and project planning
• ✍️ Volunteer agreement clarifying all rights and responsibilities
