๐ About the project
Study Lab is an Erasmus+ KA153 Training Course bringing together youth workers from seven countries to strengthen key competences needed in todayโs youth work. The program focuses on emotional intelligence, stress and time management, mindfulness, and learning strategies, helping participants discover their own potential and apply it in daily youth work.
Through non-formal methods such as experiential workshops, reflection exercises, and intercultural evenings, participants will exchange best practices, explore personal strengths, and develop innovative approaches to support young people more effectively.
