✨ About the Project

The Road to Participation 2025 project will host volunteers at Compañía de María School (ages 3–16) in Puente Genil. Volunteers will become part of school life, working alongside teachers and supporting pupils in both academic and social development.

Your tasks will include:

• Assisting teachers in daily lessons 📖
• Supporting special needs children and youth 💬
• Leading English/French conversation activities 🌍
• Creating workshops and interactive sessions 🎨
• Supervising in the dining hall 🍽️
• Organizing summer camp outdoor activities (June–August) 🏕️
• Promoting Erasmus+ and ESC programs ✨

This project is a great chance to strengthen skills, build confidence, and grow as an active citizen in a European context.

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Allowance

• Shared apartment in Puente Genil with other volunteers (private bedroom, shared kitchen, bathroom, living room & terrace) 🏡
• Monthly allowance: €215 (food) + €185 (pocket money) = €400 💶
• All costs covered according to ESC rules
• No need for daily public transport (school within walking distance) 🚶

🎓 Training & Support

• On-arrival and mid-term evaluation trainings by Spanish National Agency
• Pre-departure training by sending organizations
• Access to Online Linguistic Support (OLS) for Spanish learning 🗣️

👤 Participant Profile

We are looking for volunteers who are:

• Passionate about children and youth work 💕
• Open-minded, communicative, and proactive ✨
• Interested in education, participation, and intercultural learning 🌍
• Organized, creative, and team-spirited 🤝
• Ready to live abroad and commit to the full 10 months

Spanish or English knowledge is welcome but not mandatory.
