โจ About the Project
The Youth for Diversity and Inclusion project aims to create a tolerant and inclusive community where all citizens respect each other and have equal opportunities.
Volunteers will:
- Support the physical development of youth centerย Horizonsย ๐
- Assemble, organize, and maintain youth facilities ๐ ๏ธ
- Plant trees and arrange green spaces ๐ฑ
- Assist in preparing workshops, events, and community activities ๐
- Work alongside facilitators to support youth initiatives ๐
This is a chance to make a real impact on community development while building personal and professional skills.
๐ Accommodation, Food & Allowance
- Pocket money:ย โฌ120/monthย ๐ถ
- Food and basic needs allowance:ย โฌ150/monthย ๐ฒ
- Shared accommodation with other volunteers (non-smoking rooms, shared kitchen & bathroom) ๐ก
- Travel costs reimbursed according to ESC rules โ๏ธ
- Free time during Easter and other public holidays ๐ธ

We are looking for volunteers who are:
- Agedย 18โ30
- Open-minded, proactive, and motivated ๐
- Interested in youth work, inclusion, and community development ๐ฌ
- Sociable and adaptable to living in a small city ๐๏ธ
- English level:ย B2ย required
- Willing to learn Romanian ๐ฃ๏ธ
- Preference for volunteers facing socio-economic, geographical, or cultural obstacles ๐คฒ
