📖 Project Description

ONE Società Cooperativa Sociale in Crotone works to improve the socio-cultural and economic life of the region by investing in young people and supporting adults. 🌍✨

As a volunteer, you will:

• 🏡 Support hostel management (renovation, open space care)
• 🌱 Participate in farm activities & cook with local products
• 🍲 Assist organizations that support migrants and people in need
• 📰 Collaborate with the local newspaper & create social media content
• 🎭 Join creative workshops (comics, traditional dance, cultural exchange)

This project combines hands-on work, creativity, and social impact – perfect for those who love teamwork, outdoor activities, and cultural diversity!

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Pocket Money

• 🛏️ Accommodation in a shared hostel (double/triple rooms with private bathroom).
• 🍴 Volunteers prepare meals together with the staff.
• 💶 Pocket money: 17€ per day (travel costs included).

• 🧭 On-arrival training (7 days) by Associazione Joint
• 📝 Mid-term evaluation (online form)
• 🎓 Final evaluation & Youthpass Certificate

👤 Participant Profile

We are looking for motivated volunteers who are:

• ✅ Aged 18–30, residents/citizens of an EU country
• ✅ Available for the full project period
• ✅ Open-minded, curious, creative & ready for teamwork
• ✅ Interested in outdoor/manual work & cultural exchange
• ✅ Preferably with experience in video-making, youth work, or digital creativity
• ✅ Especially welcoming applicants from rural areas, disadvantaged backgrounds, or long-term unemployed youth
