📖 Project Description

From Idea to Impact is a dynamic Erasmus+ Training Course designed for youth workers and project managers who want to transform their ideas into successful international projects.

Over 8 days of activities (plus travel days), participants will:

• 📊 Learn project planning, budgeting & documentation tools
• 🌍 Explore partnership management and outreach strategies
• 💡 Gain confidence to apply for and manage Erasmus+ projects
• 🤝 Exchange best practices with peers from 7 European countries
• 🛠️ Work through practical, hands-on sessions in non-formal education methods

This training is perfect for both beginners in project management and experienced youth workers who want to level up their skills.
