Welcome to Breaking Barriers 2, an 8-day experiential training course designed to equip youth workers with the skills and confidence to make their programmes truly inclusive. Through non-formal methods, peer learning, and interactive workshops, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

• 🎭 Forum Theatre: Role-play real inclusion challenges
• 🗣️ World Café & Fishbowl Debate: Co-create accessible designs
• 📲 Digital Tools Workshop: Implement online accessibility
• 🌱 Study Visits: Learn from local NGOs driving inclusion
• 📝 Action Planning: Draft follow-up projects for your community

Outcomes

By the end of this course, you will:

• Understand key principles of inclusion in youth work
• Develop strategies to remove participation barriers
• Balance group identity, critical thinking, and individual needs
• Master non-formal education methods for diverse settings
• Create action plans ready for local implementation

Accommodation & Meals
