From 21–26 August 2025, the Baltic Adventure 2025 Seminar brings together 22 youth workers, trainers, mentors & project coordinators aboard the schooner Helena—cruising Helsinki’s harbors and the stunning Finnish archipelago. Get ready for hands-on workshops, deck duties, and networking that will shape future European Solidarity Corps projects!

Dive into an open-format community-of-practice laboratory:
- Live & Learn on Helena: Sleep in 3-tier bunks, dine Aboard, and rotate through cooking, cleaning & watchkeeping shifts—no prior sailing experience needed!
- Adventure Education in Action: Experiment with experiential learning methods proposed by participants, mixing sailing duties with outdoor workshops on deck and in marinas.
- Emotions & Learning: Grounded in the “role of emotions” study, co-create reflective practices that deepen non-formal learning.

🏠 Living Aboard Helena
- Cabins & Facilities: Six-person cabins with individual bunks—bring your own sleeping bag & towel.
- Meals: Vegetarian cooking on board; marinas offer chances to sample local fare (bring meat if you wish!).
- Gear: Helena provides waterproofs & life jackets; pack your own layers for sun, wind & rain.
- Showers: Available at harbors—plan for spontaneity!
