Applicants should be:

• Youth workers, project managers, volunteering mentors, or NGO staff/volunteers involved in international hosting projects
• Aged 18+ (no upper age limit)
• Connected to an organisation working with young people and motivated to implement what they learn

• Learn the full ESC volunteer hosting process, from basics to advanced challenges
• Explore volunteer mentoring and integration strategies
• Analyse real-life case studies from 12+ years of experience
• Exchange best practices with peers from across Europe
• Develop tools to improve volunteer programmes in your organisation
