📖 Project Description

RECLAIM | Together We Rise is an Erasmus+ Training Course designed to empower female youth leaders across Europe by creating a transnational community of solidarity, cooperation, and mutual support.

The training addresses the underrepresentation of women in politics, economic independence, and leadership roles, while focusing on shared barriers and structural inequalities that women face across Europe.

Through digital and in-person sessions, participants will:

• 🗣️ Strengthen skills in argumentation, leadership, and combating hate speech
• 🌍 Explore best practices in transnational cooperation
• 💡 Raise awareness of intersectionality and its impact on discrimination
• 🤝 Build lasting European networks of female empowerment
• ✨ Replace competition with collaboration to create a united European community
