📖 Project Description

The Roots of Change project hosted by Associazione Regen ETS offers a unique opportunity to live and learn in an eco-sustainable environment in Southern Italy. Volunteers will become part of a vibrant international crew dedicated to regenerative living and agroforestry practices.

Your tasks will include:

• 🌱 Agroforestry management & permaculture
• 🧪 Biofertilizer production & composting
• 🛠️ Eco-building & DIY projects
• 🌻 Community sustainability workshops
• 📱 Creative storytelling & social media content creation

This is a 360° eco-lifestyle experience: you’ll gain hands-on skills, live sustainably, and contribute to building a greener planet.

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Allowance

• 🏡 Shared rooms on a farm surrounded by nature
• 🥗 Organic vegetarian meals (mostly local produce)
• 🧼 Eco-friendly lifestyle encouraged (biodegradable products required)

👤 Participant Profile

We are looking for eco-conscious, proactive, and open-minded volunteers who are:

• ✅ Aged 18–30, residents of eligible EU countries
• 🌍 Passionate about ecology, sustainability, and inclusion
• 🏡 Comfortable with team life and outdoor tasks
• 🗣️ Able to communicate in English or Italian (basic level required)
• 📱 Interested in sharing ideas and possibly storytelling via social media
