Applicants must:
- Be youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, youth project managers, youth support persons, social pedagogues, probation officers, or similar professionals working with youth
- Be 18+ with legal residence in one of the eligible countries
- Have a good command of English
- Be committed to participating fully in an intensive and physical training programme

- Explore the clowning attitude and meet your inner clown
- Discover the concept of failure and its transformative role in youth work
- Learn circus disciplines and cooperative learning methods
- Transfer circus pedagogy into social and community contexts
- Use creative methods such as Theatre of the Oppressed, Creative Writing, and Social Theatre
- Develop inclusive practices through intersectional perspectives
