An Erasmus+ Training Course will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece, bringing together youth workers from 10 European countries to strengthen assertive communication skills and improve professional resilience in youth work practice.
This project focuses on empowering youth workers to communicate clearly, set healthy boundaries, manage conflicts constructively and provide meaningful feedback while maintaining empathy and mutual respect.

Assertiveness is a communication style characterized by confidently expressing opinions, needs and boundaries in a clear, honest and respectful way, while considering othersโ rights and perspectives.
The training aims to:

The project introduces key assertiveness principles such as:

The training is based on non-formal education and experiential learning principles.

The programme is divided into two parts:
