Step into the heart of Cártama’s countryside near Málaga 🇪🇸 and become an agent of ecological and creative change! From 8 September 2025 – 6 March 2026, two motivated volunteers will:
🌱 Conserve & Cultivate
- Tend the garden & nature-interpretation area using permaculture practices 🌻
- Lead environmental awareness campaigns on zero-waste, upcycling & sustainability ♻️
🎨 Create & Communicate
- Drive social-media storytelling, photo-video content & creative promotion 📸
- Support community workshops & small events blending art, nature & wellbeing 🧘♀️
🤲 Hands-On Action
- Roll up your sleeves for reforestation & eco-construction 🛠️
- Launch your personal micro-project to enrich local ecology 🌳
🏠 Accommodation & Living
- Live on-site at the main venue in rural Cártama (no daily transport needed) 🏡
- Meals or food allowance + daily pocket money + travel reimbursement ✈️
🎓 Training & Growth
- Learn permaculture, ecology basics & nature-art dialogues 🍃🎨
- Work in intercultural, intergenerational teams 🤝
- Deepen your Spanish & English language skills 🗣️
👤 Who Can Apply?
We seek two proactive volunteers (18–30 y/o):
- Digital Communicator with social-media flair 📱
- Practical Eco-Builder comfortable with manual work & nature 🧤
Both should be passionate about: permaculture, organic gardening, sustainability, holistic wellbeing, and community engagement.
