🎯 What You’ll Do

• 📝 Homework Help: Tutor 13–20 y/o in core subjects and study skills
• 🎶🎨 Workshop Support: Assist in music, art & citizenship activities
• 🤸‍♂️ Sports & Recreation: Organize and join in sports sessions for teens
• 💡 Community Ideas: Brainstorm & launch initiatives to engage local youth
• 📣 European Outreach: Share your volunteer story and promote EU opportunities
• 📸📹 Digital Storytelling: Capture events through photos, videos & social posts
• 🚍 Field Trip Chaperone: Accompany teens on outings, excursions & summer camps

🏠 Accommodation & Living

• 🏡 Shared Flat: Double rooms by gender, kitchen & bathroom
• 💶 Pocket Money: €6/day + €160/month for food
• 🚌 Transport: Monthly public-transport pass within Milan + travel cost reimbursement

🎓 Training & Mentoring

• 📚 ESC Orientation: Introductory training on volunteering & local engagement
• 🛡️ Ongoing Support: Mentorship, intercultural guidance & safety briefings
