🏨 What Will You Do?

💼 Summer Season:
– Assist with hostel reception & administration
– Help with cleaning and upkeep of the hostel
– Support local youth trips & outdoor activities
– Create content for the hostel’s social media & website

👫 Autumn & Winter Season:
– Continue hostel work
– Support educational trips & school workshops
– Promote ESC to local youth by sharing your experience
– Guide school groups around Crotone’s cultural & natural heritage
– Assist with food distribution for people in need

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Travel

🛏️ Stay in a double room at the hostel you’ll help manage
💶 Receive €6/day pocket money + €150/month for food
✈️ Travel costs reimbursed based on ESC distance band rules

🧑‍🎓 Who Can Apply?

✔️ Aged 18–30 from listed countries
✔️ Ready to commit for the entire project period
✔️ Comfortable with hands-on hostel work
✔️ Loves the outdoors and working with youth
✔️ Creative, flexible, open-minded
✔️ Social media savvy 📱
✔️ Motivated to learn Italian 🇮🇹 (language skills are a plus!)
✔️ Driving license is a bonus!
