๐ŸŒ About the Opportunity

This ESC Individual Volunteering activity takes place in Stockholm, Sweden ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช at a Swedish folk high school offering tuition-free adult education for learners aged 18+.

The school hosts around 250 students and offers general education programmes qualifying for higher education, as well as specialised courses in music, arts, theatre, vocational training, ceramics, creative writing, yoga, and more.

The environment is international, inclusive, and vibrant, with concerts, performances, exhibitions, and intercultural activities taking place regularly. The school also hosts 5-day training courses for national and international volunteers in cooperation with the Swedish National Agency.

The institution works inclusively with students from LGBTQIA+ communities and students with neuropsychiatric functional variations (NPF).
