Youth Works Hub has gathered 15 fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities for youth workers that close between 14 and 29 October 2026, in 12 countries: Armenia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Twelve are training courses and three are e-learning activities that run online. Italy, Poland and Portugal host two calls each, and the batch speaks mainly to youth workers, youth leaders, trainers and project managers. Our guide to what an Erasmus+ Training Course is explains the format.
Each call has its own angle:
๐ฑ๐ป Latvia: a ten-day winter course explores eco-somatics, dance jams and forest immersions for youth wellbeing.
๐ฆ๐ฒ Armenia: a course in Aparan gives 24 youth workers practical tools for emotional intelligence.
๐ฉ๐ช Germany: a course on disability-inclusive youth work in the Baltic Sea region has no age limit and especially welcomes people with disabilities.
๐ญ๐บ Hungary: NextGen Facilitators in Zamรกrdi helps participants step up from participant to facilitator and deliver a workshop live.
๐ฌ๐ช Georgia: a course in Bakuriani helps youth workers and youth leaders build a career development plan.
๐ต๐ฑ Poland: Connected Youth Work combines non-formal education with digital tools, AI and multimedia.
๐ซ๐ฎ Finland: a five-day course in Nurmes walks newcomers through the stages of an Erasmus+ youth exchange.
๐ธ๐ช Sweden: a two-day online seminar shares lessons on building learning communities through Small Scale projects.
Taken together, the batch suits youth workers who want to strengthen their facilitation, inclusion and wellbeing practice, with digital skills, mentoring and project design in the mix. The Nurmes course is a starting point for youth workers who are new to youth exchanges, a format explained in our guide to what a Youth Exchange is.
Erasmus+ covers travel and stay for the in-person training courses, and the three e-learning activities run online. According to Youth Works Hub's review, five calls state that participation is free, while three say a participation fee may apply depending on your country: the courses in Portugal, Nurmes and Turin.
