Description

The project is bringing together 24 young people to engage in non-formal education and to empower young leaders with the tools and knowledge to thoughtfully plan their careers through self-discovery and motivation-building.

The objectives of the project are:

Equip 24 participants with self-evaluation tools to assess their skills and build clear, actionable career development plans.

Provide the 24 participants with 5 proven strategies to maintain focus and sustain motivation toward their career goals.

Train participants on 4 digital tools to boost employability and have them co-create 4 educational videos to share these practices.

Foster intercultural dialogue and tolerance while actively promoting core European values and Erasmus+ opportunities across communities.
