IN.PACT is a project aimed at building a collaborative network of youth organizations, developing youth facilitators’ skills, empowering young people to facilitate youth spaces, and increasing youth engagement in participatory practices.

After two years of exploring youth participation, facilitation and community-based work, IN.PACT is coming to an end — and we would love to celebrate this journey with you!

We invite youth organisations, youth workers and leaders, coaches, trainers and other professionals working with and for young people to join us for a final event dedicated to sharing experiences, discovering practical tools and exploring new ways to foster meaningful youth participation.

During the event, we will present the key results developed throughout the project and, most importantly, explore how they can be used and adapted in your own work:

- Smart Participatory Lab Guidelines – practical guidance for creating and running a dedicated space for guiding, training and mentoring young people in participatory innovation practices, supporting their development as facilitators. - Online Facilitator Course – a training pathway covering innovative participatory practices and techniques for youth work, including facilitation skills, community engagement, conflict resolution and inclusive decision-making. - Participatory Practices Map for Organisations – a visual platform where organisations can explore existing participatory practices, discover new approaches and share their own practices, giving them visibility and inspiring others.

But this event is not just about presenting results. It is about putting them into practice, exchanging experiences and learning from each other.

Through a co-creation workshop, participants will have the opportunity to experiment with participatory approaches, reflect on how the IN.PACT tools can be used in different contexts, and contribute their own ideas and perspectives. We will also hear stories and experiences from the project journey, creating space to discuss what worked, what was challenging and what we have learned along the way.

And, above all, the event will be an opportunity to meet people, exchange ideas and build new connections with others working to strengthen youth participation and create more inclusive and participatory communities.
