Youth Works Hub has gathered 13 fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities for youth workers that close between 14 and 29 October 2026, in 9 countries: Finland, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Tรผrkiye. Nine are training courses, one is a partnership-building activity on sport and inclusion, and three are e-learning activities that run online. Spain hosts three of the calls, and Italy and Portugal two each. Our guide to what an Erasmus+ Training Course is explains the format.
Each call has its own angle:
๐น๐ท Tรผrkiye: Board and Byte Games in Tosya has youth workers create board games and no-code, AI-supported digital games in teams.
๐ธ๐ฎ Slovenia: a five-day course in Breลพice uses circus pedagogy and community art for inclusive youth work.
๐ช๐ธ Spain: the Democracy Lab in Guriezo compares political cultures and electoral laws during the Spanish general elections.
๐ฎ๐น Italy: a course in Turin teaches how to run DiscoverEU Inclusion projects for young people with fewer opportunities.
๐ฎ๐น Italy: in Casaleggio Boiro, a seven-day course builds safeguarding and wellbeing skills for group mobilities.
๐ญ๐บ Hungary: a six-day partnership-building activity uses sport as a non-formal learning tool for inclusion.
๐ซ๐ฎ Finland: First Steps Into Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges in Nurmes walks newcomers through a simulated youth exchange project.
๐ธ๐ช Sweden: a two-day online seminar shares practical tips for Erasmus+ Small Scale projects and building learning communities.
Taken together, the batch suits youth workers, trainers and youth leaders who want practical methods, from inclusion, safeguarding and mentoring to participation, gamification and sustainable digital project management. The course in Nurmes is aimed at newcomers to youth exchanges, a format explained in our guide to what a Youth Exchange is.
Erasmus+ covers travel and stay for the in-person training courses and the partnership-building activity, and the three e-learning activities run online. According to Youth Works Hub's review, five calls state that participation is free, while three say a participation fee may apply depending on your country: the non-formal education course in Portugal, the course in Nurmes and the course in Turin.
