Six international career openings closed the loop on our latest career round-up, and at Youth Works Hub we've pulled them together so you can compare them side by side before the 04 and 05 September deadlines hit. This is a mixed batch: three professional UN and EU institution roles that call for real experience, a flagship paid traineeship at the European Commission, and two paid communications internships with a leading climate foundation. Whatever stage you're at, one of these six is worth a closer look.
The professional roles sit at IOM and the ICC: a Legal Officer position in Washington advising on US and Canadian funding contracts, a Supply Chain Officer role in Dakar coordinating West African logistics, and an Associate Logistics Officer post at the ICC in The Hague running travel and transport operations for the Court. For those earlier in their career, the European Commission's Blue Book Traineeship offers five paid months in Brussels and Luxembourg starting March 2027, while the European Climate Foundation is hiring two paid Fundraising Communications interns, one in Paris and one in London, working with its Strategic Partnerships team.
The three IOM and ICC roles are paid professional positions. The Blue Book Traineeship pays a monthly grant of around โฌ1,420, plus a travel allowance and insurance. Both European Climate Foundation internships are paid, open to candidates with the right to work in France or the United Kingdom respectively.
