Ljubljana Pride Association is looking for an ESC volunteer to join as an LGBTIQ+ Volunteering Ambassador! 🌈 This is a fully funded opportunity to work with an activist organization committed to supporting LGBTIQ+ rights, community building, and volunteer engagement.

If you’re passionate about volunteering, activism, and working with people, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, volunteer management, and community empowerment.

💼 What Will You Do?

✔️ Support the implementation of the LGBTIQ+ volunteering program 📅
✔️ Assist in organizing events, workshops & community gatherings 🎭
✔️ Coordinate ESC volunteers & local volunteer groups 🤝
✔️ Manage internal communication & logistical planning 📑
✔️ Help with administrative tasks & promotional activities 📢
✔️ Work closely with the Pride Festival team & volunteers 🎉
✔️ Gain valuable experience in activism & NGO management 🌍

🔹 Curious, adaptable & resourceful in problem-solving 🤹‍♀️
🔹 Fluent in English & excited to work in an international environment
