Join GuardAvanti: per il futuro dei bambini – ETS, a non-profit organization dedicated to solidarity, local cooperation, and global education. As a volunteer, you’ll play an active role in meaningful projects that support both Italian communities and developing countries.

This is a fully funded European Solidarity Corps (ESC) opportunity in collaboration with No Borders, giving you the chance to engage in education, fundraising, and project development while living in Italy.

💼 What Will You Do?

✔️ Support global citizenship education in schools 📚
✔️ Assist with the integration of Italian & foreign communities 🌏
✔️ Help organize public events to promote the NGO’s mission 🎉
✔️ Manage the website & social media platforms 💻
✔️ Support international cooperation projects (when available) 🤝
✔️ Develop and lead your own activities ✨
✔️ Engage with children during summer camps 🏕️

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport

✔️ Shared accommodation in Varese (double rooms) 🏠
✔️ Monthly food allowance (€160) + pocket money (€6/day) 🍽️
✔️ Travel expenses reimbursed (as per European Commission rules) ✈️
✔️ Work locations: Varese, Somma Lombardo, Milan & surrounding areas 🌍
✔️ Bring your own laptop – remote work will be part of the experience 💻

👤 Who Can Apply?

✅ Requirements:
🔹 Available for the full project duration (Feb – Aug 2025, possible extension to Dec 2025)
🔹 Legally residing in an EU country
🔹 Proactive, open-minded & respectful
🔹 Interested in working with children & young people
🔹 Willing to work on events & administrative tasks
🔹 Basic Italian OR a strong motivation to learn it
🔹 Experience in volunteering, social work, or education preferred
🔹 Familiar with Microsoft 365, Google Docs & Social Media
