🌍 Join the “More Solidarity, Better Citizenship” volunteering activity in Faro, Portugal! This project offers a unique opportunity to experience a different culture while making a positive impact on society.
📅 Duration: 44 weeks (01/10/2023 – 31/07/2024)
📍 Location: Faro, Portugal
🌟 Project Description:
- Work on social and educational intervention with youth through various methods.
- Engage in arts, sports, play, theatre, study, and pedagogy activities.
- Develop and implement your own projects and ideas.
- Collaborate with local youth organizations.
- Live in a furnished rented flat with other volunteers.
🏡 Accommodation: Suitable accommodation and a food allowance are provided. Volunteers live together in a rented flat with separated rooms by gender, close to the office and the city center.
📚 Training: Benefit from pre-departure training, language learning support, mentoring, and recognition of learning outcomes.
👤 Participant Profile:
- Open to all regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, etc.
- No specific qualifications or language knowledge required.
- Selection based on identification with the project’s dynamics and potential contribution to personal, social, and professional skills development.
