Strengthen NGO systems, build data cultures, and support communities in Tamale โ this ESC volunteering role places you at the heart of development work in Northern Ghana.
Ghana Developing Communities Association (GDCA) is looking for a motivated and experienced MEL Officer to join their team in Tamale. This is not an entry-level observer role โ GDCA needs someone who can roll up their sleeves, assess what’s working, fix what isn’t, and leave behind systems that actually last.
What Is This Role About?
GDCA is a well-established NGO working on social inclusion and community empowerment in Ghana. They are looking for a volunteer who can bring real M&E expertise to the table โ not just someone who wants to learn on the job, but someone who can genuinely strengthen internal systems and mentor others along the way.
This role sits within the RISE Project โ Reinforcing Inclusion through Solidarity and Empowerment โ a structured ESC initiative with layered support and a clear learning framework built around real community impact.
