What if one week in the mountains could genuinely change the way you work โ and who you work with? Dream Big, Achieve More: Networking is a 7-day Erasmus+ seminar in Murzasichle, Poland, right next to Zakopane and the Tatra Mountains, bringing together 35 youth workers from 16 European organisations for cross-border collaboration, digital skills development, and real partnership building.
๐ฏ About the Seminar
This is a knowledge-sharing, network-building seminar built around non-formal learning methods. Participants engage in workshops, keynote sessions, co-creation activities, and networking events โ leaving with concrete tools, new partnerships, and an actual action plan for their organisations. The setting in the Polish highlands adds something most conference rooms can’t: a mountain hike, a pool and sauna evening, and intercultural nights that actually build the kind of connections that last.
