This project brings you into one of the most formative environments: early childhood education 👶

In Göttingen 🇩🇪, you’ll work in a bilingual daycare where children grow up with both German and English naturally integrated into their daily lives. Your role is not formal teaching — it’s interaction, presence and support through everyday moments.

🧸 What Your Days Will Include

👶 Spend time with children aged 1–6 years
🗣️ Communicate and interact in English within a bilingual system
🏀 Join sports, movement and outdoor activities
🍽️ Support daily routines like meals, playtime and rest time
🏊 Accompany children to swimming or physical activities
🎨 Share your culture through games, stories and interaction

Germany 🇩🇪 has a strong early childhood education system where play, movement and emotional development are central to learning.

In bilingual daycare environments, language is not “taught” but experienced naturally through interaction and daily activities. If you are exploring how to work with children abroad or where to join ESC projects in early education, this type of project allows you to develop real communication and childcare skills in a structured but warm environment.
