Looking for a dynamic, hands-on ESC volunteering experience where you actively build, organize, and engage with local communities? This volunteering teams project in Romania brings together young people to co-create impactful community events while working on real-life outdoor initiatives.

The “Be You 3×3 Challenge Youth Event” focuses on community engagement through sports, green space development, and youth-centered activities. Volunteers will directly contribute to the physical setup and implementation of events, making this a highly practical and action-oriented experience.
